As of today, the minimum deposit amount a player can request is 100k VND. Please note that the lowest amount player can deposit in our local bank is 100K. If a player requests an amount below this threshold, we must advise cs to inform the player to deposit complete the minimum amount requirement for us to credit.
If the minimum deposit is set to 300k/1M VND and, the player requests an amount below this threshold but, is equals to or more than 100k vnd, please follow these steps: First attempt-Disapprove the Request
Hold Times:
1st Attempt: Credit the player immediately
2nd Attempt: Hold for 30 minutes before crediting
3rd Attempt: Hold for 60 minutes before crediting
