SOP for Suspension of Player's Account

There are several reasons why a player's account may be suspended. This could be due to errors such as double/overcredit or doubl/overpayment, using multiple accounts or it may arise from suspicions of abuse. It’s essential that we suspend the account correctly and keep the relevant departments informed. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to suspend an account. 1. Click the username in the Back- Office System to view the member's profile 2. Find Status, the current status will be displayed. Click Edit to change.

  1. A pop up window will appear, select Suspend.

  1. Once Saved, The Status should display as Suspend.

  1. Next enter the reason for suspension in the User Remark field.
