It is quite rare to receive inquiries from this GC, but we must remain attentive nonetheless.
Common queries typically involve following up on a withdrawal request, cancellation of bonus or making adjustments to a player's account. Please note that for USD transactions, the actual amount is displayed on our Melon B.O. For example, if Customer Support requests to add $5 to an account, we should enter the actual amount as requested. This is different from VND currency, where the last three digits are not displayed. Making adjustments to a player's account due to incorrect player- please note if we will deduct we must make an adjustment on the player's account but, if we will add we need to create a deposit so that there will be turnover.
