If a deposit request passes verification but is disapproved in our Back-Office System, you can either resubmit the request or create a new one.
Important Note when Resubmitting a Local Bank Deposit:
Before resubmitting a disapproved deposit order, please search for the transaction ID to ensure it has not already been submitted. Use Ctrl + F to locate the transaction. If only the disapproved transaction ID appears, proceed with the resubmission process.
To Resubmit a Disapproved Deposit Request: Step 1. Click "Resubmit" in the Action column of the Disapproved Transaction ID.
Step 2:
A New Deposit Window will appear. Fill out the following details:
Reference Number: Use the disapproved transaction ID you are resubmitting. This is crucial, as omitting this information can lead to overcredit or double credit, impacting our KPIs.
Bonus: Select "No Bonus."
Amount: Enter the B.O. amount for VND Currency (without the last three zeros).
Bank Account Name: Copy the Registered name that appears in the window
Bank Account Number: 1234
Step 3. After filling out the details, click Submit. A pending deposit request will appear, awaiting approval. Make sure to verify that this is the correct deposit request you created, as multiple pending deposits may be displayed at this stage. You can check the "Created By" field for confirmation.
Step 4. Similar to the process for approving a deposit request, click Approve in the action column. Select the company bank and enter the necessary remarks. After filling out the required details, click Approve.
You have now successfully resubmitted the transaction ID.
Step 5. Ensure you record this in our GIRS using the approved transaction ID for documentation.
B. If there's no transaction ID,
Go to the deposit page and click create
A pop up window will appear, enter the username and click submit
Fill out the following details: Reference number: Amount Deposit from: Remarks:
Once done, click submit
You have successfully created a deposit request waiting for approval.
