SOP for Null/System Error Withdrawals

Updated: Dec 12, 2024

This SOP is primarily under the responsibility of ATL, but it's beneficial for all staff to be aware of the procedures related to null/system withdrawals. Guidelines for Normal Staff:

As a normal staff member, here’s how you can assist with null/system withdrawals:

Monitoring: When processing PG transactions, open a separate tab and filter for processing withdrawals. This will allow you to monitor any NULL withdrawals effectively.

Please note that due to B.O. glitch, some withdrawals sent for PG processing may show as "Manual Processing." and the executor and approved/disapproved by are blank.

Other ways to check if a transaction is NULL: Click on the Transaction ID > check the Remarks: If "NULL" is displayed, the transaction is null.

Immediate Reporting: If you identify any NULL withdrawals, promptly inform your ATL. Timely communication is crucial for resolving these issues quickly.

By following these steps, you contribute to a more efficient and effective workflow in handling withdrawals. Your awareness and proactive approach can significantly aid the team's operations. Thank you!
