SOP for Lelipay - Withdrawal Errors

Scenario 1: Withdrawal Request Status - Failed

A withdrawal (WD) request is currently in PG processing within our back office (B.O.), but the status has already been marked as failed in the PG system.

Action: Initiate a callback for the withdrawal transaction to Lelipay. They will automatically disapprove the request.

 

Scenario 2: Withdrawal Request Status - Not Successfully Submitted

A withdrawal (WD) request is in PG processing within our B.O., but Lelipay has indicated that the order was not successfully submitted. This may indicate an error on our end.

Action: Send the transaction ID to the ATL team for further investigation.
