SOP for Handling Customer Service Inquiries

✅ Acknowledge or react to all customer inquiries within 1-3 minutes

✅ Follow format when replying to CS

Quote & Reply: Username-Transaction ID- Status

✅ Follow-up with PG within 5-7 mins if PG hasn't responded

✅ Backtrack through previous inquiries to identify any that may have been overlooked.

✅ Proper endorsement of task to substitute when taking long or short breaks
