SOP for Disapproving Withdrawals

Please follow this guide to ensure proper procedures are followed when disapproving withdrawal requests.

Remark used: 1. incorrect bank details- for any name discrepancies such as no spacing, reversed name, missing letter/excess letter, third party etc. A. Missing Letter

Example:

B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai

B.O Bank Name: Tran Thut La

B. Missing Name

Example:

B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai

B.O Bank Name: Tran Thut


C. No Spacing

Example:

B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai

B.O Bank Name: Tran ThutLai

D. Reversed Name B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai

B.O Bank Name: Tran Lai Thut E. Third Party B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai

B.O Bank Name: Bui Van Hao

Remark used: 2. bank details not matched - for account names that does not show in online banking

Action: Use the remark "Bank Details not matched" and disapprove the wd request.

Remark used: 3. Bank not supported - If the bank is not available in our online banking.

Remark used: 4. Bank maintenance- If the bank is not available for processing due to the receiving bank is maintenance

Note: Upon checking, if you find a discrepancy between the B.O. Registered Name and the B.O. Bank Name, please disapprove the request and, do not send it to our Payment Gateways.

Please make sure to report any disapproved withdrawals in VND WD: Late Processed/Disapproved and, attach a proof in the form of screenshot for validating the

CS Report Format for Customer Support Queries: Dear Team, Please note that this wd has been disapproved due to (reason) e.g. Incorrect Bank Details Transaction ID:

user ID :

amount :

B.O Registered Name/B.O Bank Name: Online Banking Name: (Attach proof)
