Please follow this guide to ensure proper procedures are followed when disapproving withdrawal requests.
Common Name Discrepancies A. Missing Letter/s
Example:
B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai
B.O Bank Name: Tran Thut La
Action: Use the remark "Incomplete Bank Details" and disapprove the WD request.
B. Missing Name
Example:
B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai
B.O Bank Name: Tran Thut
Action: Use the remark "Incomplete Bank Details" and disapprove.
C. No Spacing
Example:
B.O Registered Name: Tran Thut Lai
B.O Bank Name: Tran ThutLai
Action: Use the remark "Incomplete Bank Details" and, disapprove the wd request.
Third Party Names
If the name is completely different and appears as a third party:
Example:
B.O Registered Name: Thran Than Phuc
B.O Bank Name: Bu Hai Vin
Action: Input the remark "Third Party Disapproved" and disapprove the withdrawal request.
If the bank name does not appear in the online banking
Action: Use the remark "Bank Details not matched" and disapprove the wd request.
If the B.O. Registered name and, B.O Bank Name does not have any disceparncy but, has discrepancy in the online banking. Please input remarks based on the following reason: A. Missing Letter/Missing Name/No Spacing - Use the remark "Incomplete Bank Details" and, disapprove the wd request.
B.If the name is completely different and appears as a third party - Action: Input the remark "Third Party Disapproved" and disapprove the withdrawal request.
Note: Upon checking, if you find a discrepancy between the B.O. Registered Name and the B.O. Bank Name, please disapprove the request and, do not send it to our Payment Gateways.
Please make sure to report any disapproved withdrawals in VND WD: Late Processed/Disapproved and, attach a proof in the form of screenshot for validating the transaction.
