SOP for Approving Late Processed Withdrawals

Important Note on Late Processed Withdrawal Remarks

Please be reminded that when approving Manual Withdrawals and PG Withdrawals that are late processed due to bank maintenance or insufficient balance, use the following remarks:

• "Approved Under Bank Maintenance" for bank maintenance issues

• "SYSTEM ERROR" for insufficient funds both Local Bank and PG
  

Avoid using the "DONE" remark.

Ensure to report these late processed withdrawals in the VND WD Late Processed group chat and attach proof of screenshots to validate the transactions.

The AHT validation will only follow the BO remarks, therefore we must utilize the appropriate remarks.
