Player's Account Status is Locked (Local Bank & PG)

Deposit and Withdrawal Procedures for Locked Accounts

  1. Deposit Requests:

    • If a player requests a deposit and you notice that their account is locked (indicating multiple failed login attempts), do not credit the deposit.

    • Advise Customer Support (CS) to assist the player in unlocking their account before proceeding with the credit.


  2. Withdrawal Requests:

    • If a player requests a withdrawal and their account is locked, you may proceed his withdrawal

    • Inform CS to help the player activate their account.
