Please ensure you join the BJ88_Tech Support on TG for any issues related to Melon B.O. (Back Office), usually when we encounter a withdrawal error when submitting to any PG. Check first with the respective PG if the error is on their end, if they insist it is in or B.O, you may check with our Tech Team. See other Example:
