1. Pending WD (more than 3 mins) > follow up with risk team to verify

2. PG Processing WD (more than 5 mins) > follow up with PG

3. PG balance update (every hour) total PG 14 all currencies

4. PG maintenance update settings (then, update tracker (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1he08wM9KdnaQPsaOIWSAI_sKaMEu861L/edit?gid=1915887869#gid=1915887869) & update TG group according to currency: PHP/THB)

5. Record all DP CS inquiries and, remarks. (follow up with PG, resubmit, etc)
