Withdrawal Update (Manual Processing)

There will be an update with the remarks that we are using on doing manual process.


  • Previously, we used to include the transaction ID as the content when processing withdrawals.


  • From now on, we will follow this new format:


TT + (customer's last name) + transaction ID excluding the letter W.

Example: TT Hanh 549080677
