There will be an update with the remarks that we are using on doing manual process.
Previously, we used to include the transaction ID as the content when processing withdrawals.
From now on, we will follow this new format:
TT + (customer's last name) + transaction ID excluding the letter W.
Example: TT Hanh 549080677
