Effective immediately, there will be an important update to how our Average Handling Time (AHT) is calculated.
Aside from the volume of transactions processed within our local banking system, the processing time in PG will now be factored into the AHT measurement.
This adjustment is intended to offer a more holistic assessment of our team's effectiveness and productivity. Kindly take into account both transaction durations when evaluating your metrics.
