E28 has successfully taken over the THB payment inquiries. As of today, we have 1 PG which is Smartpay for withdrawal and deposit which has 3 channels. PromptPay, TruMoney and online banking. 4 Local banks for deposit and 2 for withdrawals.

Effective immediately, there will be an important update to how our Average Handling Time (AHT) is calculated. In addition to the number of transactions handled in our local bank system, the handling time in PG processing will now also be included in the AHT metric.

This change aims to provide a more comprehensive view of our team's performance and efficiency. Please ensure that you consider both transaction times when reviewing your metrics.

Prioritize using MTPay and Fafapay for withdrawal PG. Since Asiapay and Vippay have fix fee of 3,300 per transaction on top of the 0.30% withdrawal fee.

Effective immediately, a penalty of $15 will be applied for any bank lock, regardless of the number of login attempts, including if it occurs after just one attempt.
Please note that the collected penalties will be retained by department leaders and allocated towards department funds, which will be used for team activities and improvements.
