Due to numerous times of bank lock we will be implementing updated penalty.
Effective immediately, a penalty of $15 will be applied for any bank lock, regardless of the number of login attempts, including if it occurs after just one attempt.
Please note that the collected penalties will be retained by department leaders and allocated towards department funds, which will be used for team activities and improvements.
We encourage everyone to exercise caution when logging in to avoid unnecessary charges.
